Education
I graduated from the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (SWPS University) with a degree in Psychology, and from the Warsaw School of Economics with a degree in International Economic Relations. I am currently completing a 4-year Behavioral Psychotherapy School focused on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and other third-wave cognitive-behavioral approaches (DBT, FAP, CFT). I have also completed a certified Crisis Coach/Mentor training and hold ACC ICF coach accreditation.

 

Experience
I gained my professional experience working both in-person and online for five years at the Psychotherapy and Development Practice in Warsaw. I also lived and worked for six years in Barcelona, Spain, as a coach and psychotherapist.

I hold an ACC Coach certificate (International Coaching Federation) and a Crisis Coach/Mentor certificate (accredited by the Polish Society of Crisis Intervention and Coaching).
